Sacred Echoes: A Poetic Prayer for Palestine and Humanity

Sacred Echoes: A Poetic Prayer for Palestine and Humanity

Poem

In the land where olive trees once stood tall,

A tale unfolds, a prayer to enthrall.

Pray for Palestine, where hearts bear the weight,

Of a history marked by sorrow and fate.

Amidst the echoes of Adhan’s call,

In the land of prophets, where empires fall,

Pray for the children with innocence bright,

For the mothers weeping through the endless night.

In the city of Jerusalem, where cultures converge,

Pray for resilience, let compassion surge.

For every soul yearning for freedom’s embrace,

Pray for Palestine, in this sacred space.

Through the streets of Gaza, where courage is found,

Pray for the wounded, for the battleground.

In the midst of chaos, where hope may dim,

Pray for Palestine, let peace begin.

In the refugee camps, where stories unfold,

Pray for the displaced, for the young and the old.

In the diaspora’s yearning, where memories ignite,

Pray for Palestine, in the diaspora’s fight.

In the corridors of power, where decisions are made,

Pray for justice, let compassion cascade.

For every voice silenced, for every plea,

Pray for Palestine, let the world see.

In the hearts of the activists, where passion prevails,

Pray for endurance as the struggle entails.

For solidarity’s flame, in the face of adversity,

Pray for Palestine, in shared humanity.

Oh, the world watches, as history unfolds,

In the scrolls of compassion, where empathy molds.

Pray for Palestine, let hearts unite,

For in praying for one, we pray for all of humanity’s plight.

In the mosques and the churches, where faith intertwines,

Pray for peace, where every prayer aligns.

For the sake of humanity, in the face of calamity,

Pray for Palestine, a prayer for unity.

Through the tears of the mothers, where pain is profound,

Pray for healing, let empathy resound.

For in praying for Palestine, we pray for the earth,

A prayer for justice, for compassion’s rebirth.
